 5 Exercises You Can Do ANYTIME, ANYWHERE

While Using G3 GLUTE BANDS

Squats

  • Stand with your feet hips width apart (or slightly wider). Angle your toes so that they point forward (or slightly outwards). 
  •  Engage the muscles in your core, legs and glutes as you lower your butt down and back (like you are sitting in a chair). Keep your weight in your heels and ensure your knees don’t track ahead of your toes. 
  • Sit to your lowest point, without letting your pelvis round and maintaining a straight spine and lifted chest. 
  •  Return to standing by driving down through your heels and squeezing your glutes as you come up.
  •  Repeat until you hit desired rep count 

Side Lunges

  • Begin standing with legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart and toes pointing forward.
  •  Shift your body weight to one leg bending the knee until it reaches a 90-degree angle while keeping the other leg straight. Glutes are pressing back behind you. Return to center and switch sides.
  •  Repeat til you hit desired rep count

Glute Bridge Clam Shell Variation 

  • Stand with your feet hips width apart (or slightly wider). Angle your toes so that they point forward (or slightly outwards). 
  •  Engage the muscles in your core, legs and glutes as you lower your butt down and back (like you are sitting in a chair). Keep your weight in your heels and ensure your knees don’t track ahead of your toes.

Kneeling Leg Lifts  

  • Start on all fours with right leg extended long on mat. 
  • Squeeze right glute and hamstring to lift right leg up towards the ceiling. Slowly lower and repeat for desired number of reps. Make sure to keep abs tight and back straight. 
  • Repeat til you reach your desired rep count.  
  • Repeat on left leg

Side Step Squat 

  • Stand with your feet together. With your right foot, take a wide step out to the right and squat down. 
  • As you straighten the legs, step your right foot back in. 
  • Repeat on the left side. This counts as one rep. 
  • Repeat til you hit your desired rep cont
